"Father's Desire" - Rev. Thomas Perchlik. Today, in community, we will honor our fathers and celebrate our high school graduates. William Ellery Channing in the 19th century wrote of a father's desire for his children's improvement and his joy in their progress. What meaning do Channing's words have for us in the 21st century? What are our father's desires? What do those desires demand of us? This service also featured our annual flower ceremony.
